Not everyone wants or needs a full-time wedding planner to handle everything for them, we know. Lots of our couples love the planning + design process, and have the time and the desire to do this for themselves. 

What every couple does need is a professional to step in when it counts and ensure your plans come together efficiently, timely, and beautifully. You don't want to be running around the week of your wedding making sure all those last details are taken care of - trust us. The last things you should be worrying about are ensuring the vendors insurance is forwarded to the venue, finalizing the back-end loading schedule, or trying to organize your own rehearsal. You've got family coming into town, parents to reassure, and fun to have! We've done this 120+ times, and we can do it for you so you can enjoy yourself - both on the lead up to and the day of your wedding. 

Nothing is more important than peace of mind on your wedding day. The assurance that a professional is taking care of your vendors, keeping your timeline on track, making sure all those little details you worked hard on get set up correctly - this is worth it's weight in gold. Your ceremony rehearsal will be professionally managed by your primary coordinator, and your wedding day will be overseen by at least two HCS staff members so no detail is overlooked.

Yes, we are aware there are a bunch of people out there charging $500, $800, etc for wedding coordination or a similar package. 

And that might sound like a great deal, until you consider that anyone charging that amount of money is either not actually making a profit, offering it as their side hustle, or not functioning as a legit business. Why should you care? Because here are all the things we make sure we're providing that those low-cost options may not: 

Correct Staffing: Anyone who says they can coordinate your wedding alone without staff is kidding themselves

experience + Confidence: with 120+ weddings under our belt, we know how to handle the unexpected. 

Emergency Kits + Bathroom Baskets: all our packages include use of all our kits, so you don't have to spend time or $$ making your own

A legit business: Harmony Creative studio carries liabilty insurance + workers comp, pays taxes and is a registered LLC.  

Professional Relationships: Benefit from our network of preferred vendors, and know your working with someone vendors trust. 

• Up to 12 hrs coverage by primary coordinator + one assistant on event day
 (an additional assistant will be needed for every 50 guests over 150)
• 1 hr coverage by primary coordinator on rehearsal day
• Wedding timeline coordination (Ceremony choreography + Reception timeline)
• Vendor contract reviews + confirmation of vendors one week out
• Vendor coordination on event day + final payment/gratuity delivery
• DIY decor set up and removal
