You don't want to be running around the week of your wedding making sure all those last details are taken care of - trust us. Your ceremony rehearsal will be professionally managed by your primary coordinator, and your wedding day will be overseen by at least two HCS staff members so no detail is overlooked.

A legit business: Harmony Creative studio carries liabilty insurance + workers comp, pays taxes and is a registered LLC.  

Professional Relationships: Benefit from our network of preferred vendors, and know your working with someone vendors trust. 

• Up to 12 hrs coverage by primary coordinator + one assistant on event day
 (an additional assistant will be needed for every 50 guests over 150)
• 1 hr coverage by primary coordinator on rehearsal day
• Wedding timeline coordination (Ceremony choreography + Reception timeline)
• Vendor contract reviews + confirmation of vendors one week out
• Vendor coordination on event day + final payment/gratuity delivery
