These are all great questions - ones that really inspired us to make this entire welcome page and put all our cards on the table for our prospective clients. No two weddings are the same, and because of that we always make custom packages for our full planning + design clients. All the answers are below.

Travel

Having your wedding at multiple locations (like a place of worship, then a reception elsewhere) is lovely, but Does require more staff and prep on our part

HCS happily plans weddings all over the U.S, Mexico + North America. Travel fees + other associated costs are factored into our packages for these weddings.

How we build our custom packages and why

Our starting price is based on these factors: A wedding with 100 people or less, with both ceremony and reception at the same venue (which has already been booked), and basic timeline, decor and logistic needs.

Depending on your specific event, the package price increases from the starting price based on these factors, which affect staffing, difficulty level, timing + hours to plan, and other planning parameters. Because no two weddings are alike, we want to ensure you get exactly what you need, and also that you don't pay for what you don't. Scroll over the photos below to learn more: 

we know what you're thinking: 'But, DIY is a cost saver, right?' For you, maybe. For us - no. Making + Putting up DIY Decor and/or coordinating non Professional vendors is much more time consuming for us. 

DIY

We are lucky to be in Los Angeles, one of the event centers of the known universe. So we can make most anything happen; but it might add hours + cost

Requests

everything from difficult loading scenarios + additional vendors to complicated timelines + room flips can affect the amount of hours spent planning. 

Logistics


Other Events

rehearsal dinners, welcome hours, day after brunches + other events are our jam! However, since the do involve additional time to plan, they incur additional costs

A final, fleshed out design bible for your event is confirmed and utilized by all vendors to ensure design cohesion throughout the wedding day.

The answers from your interview are used to render a mood board, which then gets refined through feedback during the planning process.  

Our first planning meeting involves a conversational interview, where we get to know everything about you as a couple, your event and design preferences.

Harmony Creative Studio wants everyone to have the wedding of their dreams. We also do not discriminate and welcome all faiths, nationalities, sexual orientations, races and ages. That being said, there are a few types of weddings that we have made the decision as a company not to plan for one reason or another. We are happy to point you to a planner who specializes in these types of weddings, and who we know you will have an amazing experience with: 


 

Additionally, Harmony Creative Studio gives annually to causes we believe in, including the ASPCA, the Breast Cancer Research Fund, The Alzheimer's Association and The Michael J. Fox Foundation. Due to this, we are unable to discount our services or offer them for trade at this time, as that would cut into the funds we set aside for these worthwhile charities.
